In 2004 there was a company called WestTel. It was established with the aim to deliver high quality access to local community across the country. Then the company received a telecommunications license (ICTA) and now they can deliver their services widely across the Cayman Islands. When the company was able to deliver Home Internet and Telephone services, they started to direct their offerings to business sectors and the Cloud Computing began to exist within their scope of solutions.
